New projects and tallest buildings

All over the world developers build numerous high-rise residential buildings offering top class apartments and supply is expected to increase over the next few years.

It is expected that this is the year that high-end residential properties will shine in Singapore. Prices of luxury homes could recover by at least 10 per cent, bringing them close to the all-time high at end-2007. The October of 2012 is scheduled for completion the project of Trilight Condominium in Singapore. It comprises 205 residential units of 3 and 4 bedrooms, including penthouses with private pools and roof terrace. Residents will also enjoy an array of amenities including an infinity lap pool tennis court, gym, bbq pavilions and underground parking.

Also sky-high property prices in Mumbai have continued to rise through the global economic downturn.

In a global high-rise race Mumbai plans world's tallest apartment block - in a central district of Mumbai will be located the tower “World One”, which will be the tallest of its kind (442 metres). The building should be completed by 2014 and will contain more than 300 apartments and the site includes cafes, green spaces and an open-to-air observatory. The building will get one of the highest environmental ratings in the world by recycling its water, using solar power and harvesting rainwater. The base price of an apartment in the “World One” starts at $1.63m while luxury multi-storey properties could cost even up to $12 million. The tower will cost about $440m. At more than 450 meters, it will be taller than the Empire State Building in New York. It is also scheduled to beat the record for tallest residential tower which is currently held by the 323meter residential complex in Australia called “Q1”.

Similarly, London will soon be home to one of the tallest residential towers in Europe as the capital's leading developer St George PLC announce the launch of The Tower, One St George Wharf. At 50 storeys high and crowned by a stunning triplex penthouse rising 180 metres into the sky, building is a shimmering column rising from the River that will become the pinnacle in sophisticated city living, located next to the River Thames, it will boast some of the most spectacular views across London's famous skyline:  Westminster, the City and beyond.

Nowe inwestycje i najwyższe budynki

Deweloperzy na całym świecie budują wiele wieżowców oferując apartamenty najwyższej klasy. Przewiduje się, że podaż na te budynki wzrośnie w ciągu najbliższych kilku lat.

Prognozy wskazują także, iż to właśnie w tym roku wieżowce mieszkalne zabłysną w Singapurze. Ceny luksusowych lokali mieszkalnych mogą wzrosnąć przynajmniej o 10 procent, co przybliży je do tych z końca 2007 roku. Na październik 2012 roku zaplanowano zakończenie inwestycji Trilight Condominium w Singapurze. Wieżowiec ten posiada 205 pomieszczeń mieszkalnych z 3 i 4 sypialniami, w tym penthousy z prywatnymi basenami oraz tarasem na dachu. Lokatorzy mogą również korzystać z szeregu udogodnień, w tym lap pool, kort tenisowy, siłownia, pawilon grillowy oraz parking podziemny.

Również ceny wieżowców mieszkalnych w Bombaju stale rosną, pomimo światowego spadku gospodarczego.

Przy wysokości przekraczającej 450 metrów, „World One" będzie wyższa niż Empire State Building w Nowym Jorku. Przewiduje się, iż wieża ta pokona rekord najwyższej wieży mieszkalnej, który obecnie należy do 323-metrowego kompleksu mieszkalnego w Australii o nazwie „Q1".

Podobnie Londyn wkrótce stanie się domem jednej z najwyższych wież mieszkalnych w Europie wraz z ogłoszeniem przez St George PLC udostępnienia wieży One St George Wharf. Przy 50 piętrach oraz koronie w postaci wspaniałego 3-poziomowego penthousa na wysokości 180 metrów, budynek stanowi połyskującą kolumnę wynurzającą się znad Tamizy. Wieża stanie się szczytem wyrafinowanego miejskiego stylu życia, a dzięki swej lokalizacji (tuż przy Tamizie) będzie mogła szczycić się niesamowitymi widokami słynnej londyńskiej panoramy: Westminster, City i więcej.
