Regulation of the Ministry of the Environment

ENGLISH VERSION   Section 1. This Regulation shall define the principles and conditions for: 1) detailed requirements that should be satisfied by the projects of geological works 2) the rules for submitting the projects of geological works, the performance of which shall not require concession. Section 2. 1. The project of geological works, hereinafter referred to as "the project" shall consist of a textual and a graphical part. 2. The textual part shall include a description of the planned geological works, depending on the purpose of these works: 1)  information related to the location of the planned works, including their administrative location, a) review of the results of the geological works and geophysical surveys which have already been performed, and a schedule of archive materials used, together with their interpretation and marking of the locations of the performance of the works and surveys on a geological map in an appropriate scale, 2) a description of a geological structure and hydrogeological conditions in the area of the planned geological works together with expected geological profiles of the planned excavations, 3)  presentation of the possibilities of achieving the purpose of the geological works including: a) a description and justification of the number of, location and types of the planned excavations, b) a schematic construction of the drilling holes or other excavations, c) guidelines for closing water-bearing horizons, d) a method and a deadline for the liquidation of excavations, e) a description and justification for the scope and methods of the planned geophysical and geochemical surveys and locations of their performance, f)  an established order of performing the geological works, POLISH VERSION § 1. Rozporządzenie określa: 1) szczegółowe wymagania, jakim powinny odpowia­dać projekty prac geologicznych, 2) zasady przedkładania do zatwierdzania projektów prac geologicznych, których wykonywanie nie wy­maga uzyskania koncesji. § 2. 1. Projekt prac geologicznych, zwany dalej „projektem", składa się z części tekstowej i graficznej. 2. Część tekstową projektu stanowi opis zamierzo­nych prac geologicznych i związanych z nimi robót geologicznych zawierający, w zależności od celu tych prac: 1)  informacje dotyczące lokalizacji projektowanych prac, w tym położenia administracyjnego, 2) omówienie wyników przeprowadzonych wcześniej prac geologicznych i badań geofizycznych oraz wy­kaz wykorzystanych materiałów archiwalnych wraz z ich interpretacją oraz przedstawieniem na mapie geologicznej, w odpowiedniej skali, miejsc wykonania tych prac i badań, 3) opis budowy geologicznej i warunków hydrogeolo­gicznych w rejonie zamierzonych prac geologicz­nych wraz z przypuszczalnymi profilami geologicz­nymi projektowanych wyrobisk, 4)  przedstawienie możliwości osiągnięcia celu prac geologicznych zawierające: a) opis i uzasadnienie liczby, lokalizacji i rodzaju projektowanych wyrobisk, b) schematyczną konstrukcję otworów wiertni­czych lub innych wyrobisk, c) wskazówki dotyczące zamykania horyzontów wodonośnych, d) sposób i termin likwidacji wyrobisk, e) charakterystykę i uzasadnienie zakresu oraz me­tod projektowanych badań geofizycznych i geo­chemicznych oraz ich lokalizacji, f)  określenie kolejności wykonywanych robót geo­logicznych,
